SOIS Conducts special workshop for students - UHUM

A special workshop was arranged for the students of Grade 4 by SOIS in partnership with UHUM.

This is an experiential program for kids to understand and manage thoughts, emotions and actions through stories, role plays, art and dance.

Our students had a very good time and took away some great learnings from the session !

This program is designed to make the child -

1) Conscious - Cultivate the ability to pay attention, become aware of their own as well as others' thoughts, feelings and emotions, develop an ability to focus at will.

2) Curious - Ability to ask questions and identify issues with a solution oriented mind.

3) Compassionate - Self compassion and compassion towards others, learn to build healthy relationships with others, increased social connectedness, increased happiness and reduced stress.
